Patient details
Gender/age female, 35. Works in the office, lives in the city.
Presented condition, complaints: pains in supraclavicular and infraclavicular region of the right side, which irradiate to the arm. The retraction of the right shoulder is nearly impossible. The patient can raise her right arm only with the help of the left one and still incompletely, because of pain.
Past medical history: fell in the street on her right side of the body a few days ago.
Diagnosis of the traumatologist after examination of the patient: posttraumatic plexitis of the right brachial plexus
Treatment:
Time of action during session: 40–50 min.
Action modes used: Scenar-Cosmodic Slider auto, Scenar-Cosmodic Slider 5, Scenar, Scenar- MYO.
Areas treated: back, cervical collar zone, both upper extremities, supraclavicular and infraclavicular region.
Change of the patient's condition during and after session: pain syndrome became less and less expressed. Patient's condition was improving.
Total number of sessions: 12
Total time of treatment (days, weeks): two and a half weeks.
Final result of treatment: the function of the right upper extremity is almost restored. Pain syndrome is eliminated. The patient can do her hair with her right hand. Still there is some stiffness in this extremity and its strength is not yet totally restored. The patient will start the repeated treatment in a month.
